The "total budget" represents the actual cost clients will incur for hosting an event. Apart from the per head price paid for each guest, clients should consider whether this pricing includes:

At Legacy Events and Venue Hire, we don't stick to a "per head" charge or a fixed price structure. Instead, we tailor your package according to your overall budget, aligning with your expectations and needs for your function within reasonable limits. This approach ensures that you get the best value for your money.


We don't limit you to specific time slots for breakfast, lunch, or supper. You won't need to rush out of our venue for another client's event later in the day, nor will you be restricted to a set start time for your function. Since we dedicate the entire day to one client, focusing solely on you and your event, we work with you to plan your itinerary for the day. You have the flexibility to adjust your function's start time to suit your needs.


Tip: The total cost of any function at any venue depends on factors like the number of guests you plan to host, your menu preferences, and your desired decor and setup style.


Since we own all our decor, props, and services showcased on our online profiles, our venue includes all the necessary items for every function.  This covers essential items as well as many exclusive desires that clients usually have to source from third parties at extra expenses.  Our venue includes:

Yes, ofcourse!


We understand that some clients have preferences for specific caterers. Therefore, we allow clients to bring their own menu items if they wish. However, external parties cannot set up or serve at our venue. On the event day, once the food items are dropped off, our dedicated staff will handle all set-up and serving needs, allowing you to enjoy the function.


Moreover, the menu isn't limited to Legacy Events or the client. If clients can't source the entire menu or only want to bring part of it, we can arrange additional catering for the function.


We believe that every client is unique, with their own expectations and circumstances. At Legacy Events, we prioritize our clients and their needs. We provide everything necessary for any event, from the basics to the exclusive items that clients frequently desire, ensuring that each event is not just well-equipped and organized but also exceeds our clients' expectations. 


We gladly prioritize the best interests of our clients and their budgets.


We do not hire out "just the venue" for rent, or permit third parties to set up or decorate the space. While we do allow clients to bring their own catering if desired, our team handles all serving and setup responsibilities for the client.


As a proudly fully halal venue, we do not permit alcohol on our premises.


Our venue spans a 4000-square-meter standalone property, fully equipped for entertainment.


At Legacy Events and Venue Hire, our capacity varies depending on the event type and setup required. We don't have a minimum guest requirement for booking our services. Indoors, we can host intimate functions for as few as 30 guests, up to our maximum capacity of 280 guests with a "table and chair" arrangement or 450 guests with a cinema concert-style setup.


The outdoor lawn area, spanning 1000 square meters, can accommodate up to 400 guests seated at tables.


Due to the high demand for our exceptional services and limited availability at our venue, we offer an offsite option to clients who have another venue in mind but still desire the unique Legacy Events experience.


Depending on the chosen venue and the event date, we provide fully chartered events or specific elements such as table decor, stage decor, venue decor, catering, or our exclusive props.


We do not simply rent out our props and amenities to other venues or third parties; instead, we take full responsibility for delivery, setup, and collection of any of our items


Since all our packages are personalized to each individual client, we require a face-to-face meeting with you to discuss your expectations and how we can accommodate you. Follow these simple steps:

Step 2 - During the viewing, we will discuss any clarifications you might need and personalize your package to meet your expectations and requirements.


Once you're ready to move forward, your booking fee will secure your date. 

Our booking fee is deductible from your total invoice!
